At Phelps Edit, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.


Digital Products (Images & Videos)

  • All digital content (photos, videos, and other downloads) is delivered electronically.
  • Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once the download has been made.
  • If you experience a technical issue (such as a corrupt or missing file), please contact us at support@phelpsedit.com within 7 days of purchase and we will provide a working replacement file.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

  • Physical products (prints, calendars, postcards, etc.) are custom-made by our print-on-demand suppliers.
  • Refunds or replacements are only available if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request a replacement, please email support@phelpsedit.com within 14 days of delivery, including:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect information provided by you (e.g., wrong address).
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
