  • We offer digital stock photography and video files, as well as (in future) physical products fulfilled by print-on-demand suppliers.
  • All digital content is delivered electronically. Physical items (when offered) are produced and shipped by trusted third-party providers.
  • We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be accurate.

3. Licensing for Digital Content

  • When you purchase digital content (images or videos), you are buying a license, not ownership of the file.
  • License types include: Social Media License, Standard License, and Buyout License (see our Licensing Terms for full details).
  • You may not resell, share, or distribute the content as a stand-alone file.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in [currency you use on Shopify, e.g., AUD].
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and PayPal.
  • We do not store your payment details.

5. Refunds

  • Digital products: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been downloaded.
  • Physical products (when offered): Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers such as:

  • Shopify (ecommerce platform and hosting).
  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal).
  • Print-on-demand suppliers (for future printed product orders).

Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including text, images, videos, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Phelps Edit or our contributors and protected by copyright laws.
